After the Chernobyl disaster, I was overcome with a kind of ‘holy’ anger.
Fortunately, I found statements from pro-nuclear power plant experts in my video archive, which I was now able to process on film with great relish. The talk was of sausages bursting open, of dangers that are physically impossible, of a dose increased fivefold and the two additional cancer deaths that might result. The finished video: revenge from the archives, the ridicule of experts and a liberating act for me.
