During 31 minutes walking around Vienna, showed up idea of making, in an established day, on October 15th 1991, an exactly one minute video about Vienna. Manfred Neuwirth invited 31 artists to this project. The date, as opposed to the location, wasn't so important, what was really important, was the intensity of the individual “minute pieces” that were complete in themselves and had a dialogue between them. This heterogeneous trip around Vienna is partly familiar, but at the same time, it becomes ridiculous and irritating.
