“WOSSEA MTOTOM - The meadow is green in the garden of Wiltz” is a documentary collage. It Is compiled out of the mutually-experienced everyday and working situations of the artists and handicaps, as well as the social events in and around the garden.

In the project “The Garden of Wiltz”, a public garden is being laid out in the Luxembourg community of Wiltz, according to an artistic point of view.

Festive climaxes of the small society, shown, are: A football match; Three theatre plays; A boat journey; A flight; A procession; A Name-day celebration. On these occasions, the film-sketch played a large part. It was in part, an effective ingredient of the festivities, for example in the staging of the Name-day speech and the boat journey. In the everyday and working sequences, the association of the group members with one another is followed. The camera is a silent observer, who allows the possibility of slowly getting to know the persons appearing in the videofilm. Handicaps and artists alike, are introduced and shown in their specific understanding with each other.

The videofilm, in the compilation of its sequences, does not hold to a chronology, but makes the peculiarity of the time spent together visible, due to a largely associative montage.
